Justin and Hailey Bieber have added a $12 million condominium in Manhattan’s West Village to their portfolio, according to a recent report. The 2,800‑square‑foot residence features four bedrooms and four‑and‑half baths, making it the couple’s first known shared property in New York City.

The unit occupies a curved building designed by hotelier Ian Schrager in partnership with the Pritzker Prize‑winning firm Herzog & de Meuron. The 14‑story structure draws inspiration from the late Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, giving the facade a sleek concrete‑and‑glass appearance.

Inside, the condo’s interior showcases extensive use of Scandinavian larch. Wide planks line the floors, and floor‑to‑ceiling windows run the length of the curved wall, allowing natural light to flood the space. The main great room combines living and dining areas, with walls set up for art displays. A modern kitchen sits at the corner, equipped with Sub‑Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau and Miele appliances, while a separate chef’s kitchen adds a wine fridge and steam oven.
